Educational Resources
Bring a wildlife ranger or researcher into your classroom
Elephanatics and Mara Elephant Project are offering educators a unique opportunity to invite via Zoom a Mara Elephant Project ranger or researcher into your classroom. Students will have the chance to interact with a Kenyan conservationist and learn more about the work they are doing to protect elephants and their habitats in the Greater Mara Ecosystem.
Zoom sessions will be 1 hour. All requests will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Sessions are conducted in Swahili or English. This is a completely free opportunity to global educators.
Bring Elephant Lesson Plans into Your Classroom
Elephanatics and Mara Elephant Project are offering educators a chance to teach about elephants. Included below are education plans for teachers to help students of all ages learn how elephants mitigate climate change, boost biodiversity and the threats to their survival.

Engage Early Learners

LolliWolliWorld® Children’s Products is a family-owned company located in Renton, Washington, founded in 2005. Their journey began after watching a National Geographic documentary highlighting the critical plight of African elephants threatened by the ivory trade. Deeply moved by what they learned, their founders — Marsha, Tiffany, and Brandon — were inspired to create a brand dedicated to raising awareness about elephants and other at-risk wildlife.
Through play-based learning, LolliWolliWorld® Children’s Products encourages purposeful change by raising awareness about wildlife conservation and children’s nutrition. Their mission is to inspire children to care about animals, understand the importance of protecting natural habitats, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
The first beloved characters in their growing family of animals are Lolli and Wolli, two adorable African savannah elephants who represent friendship, kindness, and conservation. These lovable characters became the heart of their imaginary world — Fruityland Island, a wildlife sanctuary where animals live freely, safely, and without fear of poaching. Through Lolli, Wolli, and their animal friends, children are invited into exciting adventures designed to make learning both fun and meaningful. At LolliWolliWorld®, they believe learning should feel like an adventure.
